Finmeccanica certified as a Britain’s Top Employer 2012

Britain's Top Employers 201223 March 2012 – Finmeccanica in the UK has been named one of Britain’s Top Employers for 2012. Independent research conducted by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) Institute, found that Finmeccanica’s employees benefit from outstanding human resource policies.

The organisations examined were assessed against the following criteria: Primary and Secondary Benefits and Working Conditions, Training and Development, Career Development, and Company Culture. Only those organisations that met the stringent criteria received the Top Employers certification. Finmeccanica received an exceptionally high score in the area of Training and Development.

The CRF Institute is a specialist in the field of international research into HR management and working conditions, has just completed this year’s research into the HR practices and employee offerings of a large number of employers in the UK.
