A Multi Award-Winning Company

We are always working on improving our policies and procedures to ensure that our employees are satisfied and fulfil their potential.

Finmeccanica prides itself on recruiting the very best, and our operating companies run flourishing graduate and apprentice schemes. The Finmeccanica national apprentice scheme was given glowing Ofsted reports, with an overall ‘Outstanding’ grade. Two Finmeccanica apprentices also won Apprentice of the Year awards.

We have received numerous awards for our pension schemes, including the Professional Pensions Award for the ‘Pension Scheme of the Year’ and the Employee Benefits Award for the ‘Best DC Pension default investments’. Finmeccanica pension scheme ‘FuturePlanner’ has also met the ‘Pension Quality Mark PLUS’ standards demonstrating Finmeccanica’s high quality of its pension scheme to current and future employees. We are also pleased to announce that we’ve received an award for DC Innovation from Professional Pensions magazine which recognises our work in introducing a common DC investment strategy, shared governance and smart payments of AVCs.
