8 March 2012 – Today in Brussels a signing ceremony took place at the NATO C3 Agency for the award of the NCIRC contract.

29 February 2012 – Finmeccanica, through SELEX Elsag and VEGA, together with its partner Northrop Grumman Corporation, has been awarded a contract to provide an extensive information assurance managed service to around 50 NATO sites and headquarters.

Rome, 19 December 2011 – Finmeccanica, through Finmeccanica Cyber Solutions, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, have signed a Teaming Agreement to respond to the proposal for the NATO Computer Incident Response Capability – Full Operating Capability.

The 2011 UK Cyber Security Strategy provides a powerful call to arms from the Cabinet Office for Government, industry and society to ensure the UK does all it can to “derive huge economic and social value from a vibrant, resilient and secure cyber space”.

10 November 2011 – Finmeccanica Cyber Solutions Director, Paul MacGregor, has called on organisations to invest in combatting cyber security, during a speech at NATO’s high-level Security & Defence Agenda Conference about Cyber Security.
